StepLingo does not collect or store: • Profile photos • Contacts • Location data • Financial information or payment card details • Messages • Audio recordings • Photos or videos from your device • Search history • Browsing history

StepLingo uses trusted third-party service providers to operate the App. These services include: • Supabase (authentication and database) • Firebase Analytics • Firebase Crashlytics • RevenueCat (subscription management) • Google Play Billing (subscription payments) • YouTube IFrame Player API (video playback) These providers may process limited information necessary to provide their respective services on our behalf. Payment information is processed securely by Google Play. StepBloom Tech does not receive or store your payment card information.

StepLingo allows users to search for and watch educational videos using YouTube. Video playback is provided through the YouTube IFrame Player API. Searches and video playback are subject to Google's and YouTube's own Privacy Policies and Terms of Service. StepLingo does not store your YouTube search history.

You can permanently delete your account directly from within the App. When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your associated personal data, including: • Account information • Learning progress • Flashcards • Custom decks • Viewed videos • Favorites • Language statistics • App settings and preferences Some technical logs or records may be retained temporarily where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Once your account is deleted, your personal information is permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using secure communication protocols.

StepLingo is intended for users aged 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

StepLingo is available worldwide. Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We take appropriate measures to ensure your personal data remains protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
